Hornbach

HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA is the parent company of the HORNBACH Group. It is not active in retail operations itself, but has a number of important holding companies.

By far the largest and most important affiliated company is HORNBACH Baumarkt AG, which operates large DIY megastores with garden centers in Germany and abroad. The trading activities are rounded off by HORNBACH Baustoff Union GmbH, which is active in the field of building materials trading with mainly commercial customers.

The development and sale of first-class retail properties is another line of business for which HORNBACH Holding AG & Co. KGaA is responsible. Some of these activities are located at HORNBACH Immobilien AG, which owns a large part of the extensive real estate assets of the HORNBACH Group.
